Commercial messages that are appropriate under the rules of a newsgroup or mailing list or that are solicited by the recipients are permitted.
Anyone who publishes materials and information which are accessible through shastainternet.com’s network is solely responsible for the content of such materials and information and is solely responsible to know and comply with all laws applicable to the publication and distribution of such materials and information. shastainternet.com does not accept responsibility for the content of the materials and information published by others which is accessible through the shastainternet.com network and does not accept responsibility for the violation of any laws resulting from such publication or distribution.

Each customer of shastainternet.com must ensure that its own customers do not act in a way that violates shastainternet.com’s Acceptable Use Policy. shastainternet.com customers are expected to bring their customers into compliance with shastainternet.com’s Acceptable Use Policy or risk their service being discontinued.
shastainternet.com is solely responsible for determining if a violation of the Acceptable Use Policy has occurred. Even though shastainternet.com does not review or censor materials and information which is accessible on shastainternet.com’s network or other networks which may be connected to shastainternet.com’s network, if shastainternet.com becomes aware that one of its customers is in violation of this Acceptable Use Policy, shastainternet.com reserves the right to suspend or terminate service without notice. In addition, shastainternet.com reserves the right to interpret this Acceptable Use Policy in its sole discretion and to amend, revise, add or delete any provision of this Acceptable Use Policy.
